Another week has turned on the wheel and Friday evening is upon us.  This marks the occasion for an end of the week blog post, and a well deserved drink.

This week was rife with uncertainty.  Just like everyone else in the world, us real people, the struggle to stay afloat financially is tumultuous. I am not unaffected by this, and due to unforeseen circumstances – I did see them coming, but it was still a surprise – I find myself in need of finding employment.  The dream of being able to do this full-time is partially on hold, or at least taking a back seat for now.  Unless nothing comes my way then I am mostly full steam ahead.

I did get some writing done this week through the half dozen or so applications I sent out onto the information superhighway.  I wrote about 12 pages in an Away Team issue.  I worked on setting up my office, too,  so that my microphone and power cables were better accessible and less tangled, with my hope being to try and start recording these issues.  Finally.

It felt like a long week and it was difficult to get things done through all of the new interruptions.  I did start thinking about and planning a new series though!  I might start to talk about that later, but I should probably keep it to the side so I can focus on other things for now.

I hope everyone is doing well and is enjoying the transition into fall!
